New students have their validation sticker already applied to their new ID card when they pick it up for the first time (if all fees have been paid and they are on the enrollment lists provided to ID Card Services).
Continuing students, however, will receive the validation stickers once the quarter fees are paid and serves as proof that the student is registered for the quarter.
Continuing students may pick up the validation stickers as follows:
- Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters
- Undergraduates: Academic College Office, or Housing office of your dorm
- Graduate Students: Graduate Program Coordinators or Advisors, or the Graduate Division Office in Kerr Hall
- Summer Session
- At the Summer Session Office in Hahn 257
