Our (NEW) location:
ID Card Services is now located in Hahn Student Services, Room 190, in the Registrar’s Office. When you enter the first floor lobby housing the Registrar’s and Cashier’s Offices we are in the third window on the right side of the lobby.
You can map us using the Campus Interactive Map. Just enter “ID Card Services” into the search bar at the top right of the page and it will mark where IDCS is located.
Directions to IDCS can be found by navigating to the “Detailed Directions” page of the Campus Interactive Map and selecting “Bay Tree Building” from the “Select Location” pull-down menu. From the Quarry Plaza parking lot walk South on Hahn Road and enter Hahn Student Services on the ground floor, North entrance door (one entrance counter-clockwise from the loading dock).
Effective January 2, 2026, our regular customer service hours are:
Monday – Friday, 10 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 4 pm
Any temporary changes to these hours will be listed below.

We are closed for business on Friday, January 9, 2025 from 10 am to 11 am. We will be open from 11 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm.
